The “rules” at Palm Bay say this is not tolerated, but it is everywhere. My single complaint is the rude people at pools and beach who play loud music. The grounds are immaculate, the pools are gorgeous, the beach is to die for! There’s a charming man to bring down lounge chairs at the beach, which are provided by PBC, There’s also an outside service where you can order cabanas, umbrellas etc and they deliver and put umbrellas in for you.

The beds are super comfy, there are 2 or 3 beach chairs and a beach umbrella provided, plus a drying rack, which is genius for all the towels. My only suggestion would be a roll of paper towels since we forgot them at the supermarket. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The 1.5 bathrooms (both with hair dryers) was great. No view from the room, but again, a non-issue for us. The unit was very clean, spacious and perfect for me, my husband and two daughters, ages 17 and 20. Previous reviews noted that this unit is right next to the trash chute and elevator, (which is true) but neither bothered us one bit. We stayed 4 nights at Palm Bay Club, Unit 127. This condo should be taken off the building rental program immediately. Close to everything and building is kept gated and secure. The location of the building is perfect and they have tennis courts and a pool. The beach attendants are very friendly and quick to help. They also provide umbrellas and cabanas at an additional cost.

The resort provides free beach chairs every morning and are available for anything like chairs and loungers. No complaints for the management of the building and cleaning personnel. I have to say the only reason I give then 3 stars is that it was very clean. The state this apartment is in!!!!! It should no be rented to anyone and at $300 plus is ridiculous!!!! No shampoo, no conditioner provided. When I rent a vacation get away, I expect it to be kept at reasonable state. I have stayed in this building in other units and have been completely satisfied, but this unit should not be up for rent….it only gives the resort a bad name and taste…. Kitchen cabinet doors broken and old…Bathroom is OLD…everything is original with the exception of a brand new glass sliding door. Love the building, love the location, and very well maintained building, but the unit itself is in dyer need of renovation and just basic things like paint, paint peeling off the walls, walls scraped and scratched by furniture….furniture needs to be repainted or refinished…wall paper from my great grandma’s house….the couches are very old, some stains and very poor condition. Would definitely recommend, they fill up fast and you can book fires from website.… Loungers are provided and you can rent umbrella and cabanas. Beach is deep and not crowded since it’s private. Bayside is smaller but has a hot tub and beautiful view. The gulf side pool is large and heated with plenty of loungers. This year they added more security including a passcode gate to get in and out. Palm Bay grounds are nice, both Gulf and bayside. Pictures on Palm Bay’s site are accurate. Kitchen was well supplied and had a nice pantry. No W&D but the laundry was never busy.each bldg has their own. Half bath is nice and has medicine cabinet and storage. Beds were comfortable, bathroom updated with nice shower ( need to put the higher ADA toilets in). There are patio doors that you can open to get a breeze in. We loved this condo, the owners have incorporated the balcony into the living which helps make if feel larger. This year we did a 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths in the Club Quarters, 3rd floor…condo #177. This was our 8th year staying at The Palm Bay and we do a month.
